Wordless Wednesday: Cheesecake

I know. I really shouldn't have. Bought an entire cheesecake, that is.

But I did.

And yes, it's what you think it is. The Cheesecake Factory at it's finest.

Beyond just the best cheesecake in the world, this pretty little cake is also a goal for the new year.

Not to eat one in it's entirety, however nice (and fattening!!) that would be,

But to make one. Make my own. Make the best knock off, would be, runner up, 30th Anniversary Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake known to man. Or at least known to my house. Because I'm sure it won't make it out the front door.

Yum yum.

Sorry for the wordiness on Wordless Wednesday. It was the cheesecake talking.

Came across your blog from Sarah's (WifeLovedLikeTheChurch) and I'm so glad I did! I love finding other Christians out in the blog world! I enjoyed reading your about page - I love that you are so in love with God and your family. It shines through your words. :)

Oh, and I love chocolate cheesecake too. :)

oh yes, cheesecake!! love me some cheesecake!! but we just can't keep that stuff around... because then we eat it, and then ben runs the risk of not being able to do those sit-ups... such a bummer. that looks great!

Beautiful cake! Thanks for stopping by. The key to sledding on cardboard is duck tape. Lots and lots of it. The thing will fly!

15 comments on cheesecake! wOOHOO!! Ladies, you are women after my own heart. Stay tuned for pictures of the replica. If it lasts long enough to take pictures of. Haha. You'd think I was a cheesecake expert, but truth be told, I've never made one before.

Hi Kathryn,

Oh my goodness! If it's HALF as good as it looks...I need to go now before I lick my computer screen, too!

Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to seeing your version of this chocolate awesomeness.

Oh MY!! That looks delish!!!! I can just taste it now! :)

We have already seen a difference in not having the t.v. all day. We put in Andy Griffith or some Christian cartoons for the boys when we want to watch t.v. Having only 10 channels has it's benefits. You can watch the news and that's it ha! Nice to meet you!

That looks DELICIOUS!! I love Cheesecake Factory! We don't have one here in Mississippi =(

The closest one is in Alabama. I would love to try their German Chocolate Cheesecake the next time I am back "home" in Texas.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I am now following yours.

I don't have a good chocolate cheesecake recipe right now. Let me know how yours turn out. Or better still we can make them together! I have some heavy cream that I need to use up thanks to my trip. I have some New York style cheesecakes that I need to test run as well. It is hard to get them as tall as the cheesecake factory because it is difficult to find a springform pan that tall. I have tried. All in all making cheesecake is actually pretty simple. Yours will turn out great I am sure.
